Marsh, a leading global professional services firm, today announced the acquisition of Triton Insurance Agency, LLC, a Newport, Rhode Island-based agency specializing in marine and yacht insurance. Terms of the acquisition, which will become part of Marsh Agency, were not disclosed.

Founded in 2011, Triton provides specialized insurance solutions for high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on yacht, hull, and other marine coverage. The firm has built a strong reputation in these markets, supported by a diversified client base and consistent historical growth. Bob Peck, CEO of Triton Insurance Agency, and the rest of the agency’s team, will join Marsh Agency and continue operating from their current office in Newport.
